December 31, 200520 yr Fellow Captains,Does anyone know the best way to obtain airport UTC offset data? I'm building a database with airport name and by how many hours the airport local time is different from UTC time (offset). I know this isn't as exciting as the next version of FS, but would appreciate any information you may have. December 31, 200520 yr A couple years ago I had an Excel spreadsheet with this information for every airport in FS2002. Sorry, don't have it any more. I created it using a program someone made for FS2002 that extracted all the airport information (including UTC offset) for every airport in FS2002 from the BGLs. Sorry, can't remember the name of that program, but maybe you can find it on AVSIM or someone else can help point you in the right direction (assuming you still have FS2002 around since it doesn't work with FS2004)One thing I remember is that such a database would be very difficult to maintain accurately because the local time changes somewhere in the world just about every few weeks throughout the entire year. So it would have to be a dynamically updating database if you wanted it to be accurate.Good luck.Matt Fox
