Outside camera stock on default Locked spot

As the title says, whenever i want to go to the outside camera it is stucked on the default locked spot camera.. Inside the cockpit it moves around fine.. Does anyone have a clue what to do here?

[Edit] it worked fine in the Aerosoft A320, but i just bought the pmdg 737 NGX, and here the problem occur, i have P3D by the way, don't know if that information is useful or not, but you never know.
