No, airlines (and possibly aircraft manufacturers) have sued freeware authors over the use of their artwork without authorisation in commercial products when others (like Ferdy) have taken those freeware addons and sold them (without asking permission).And yes, it has happened that freeware groups have called in the lawyers against other freeware groups about perceived stealing of artwork.
