here is the LINDA module for the PMDG 747 QOTSII 

PMDG 747 QOTSII 1_5

simply unzip the content into your modules folder.

If you need a default configuration and in case you install this module the first time, please rename the files in the folder Modules\linda-cfg\aircrafts\PMDG 747 from *.default to *.lua

THIS VERSION NEEDS THE CURRENT FSUIPC VERSION 4.963 or higher

How does the CHKL/VS function work?
There has to be a switch definded which toggles between CHKL and VS
(in my default assignment it is the CWSA button on the MCP Combo2)

Pressing this switch toggles then the mode between VS (vertical Speed) and CHKL (Checklist),
but only for the 748.

in VS Mode, dialing the VS knob changes the VS. Pressing is similar to MCP VS Switch press.
in CHKL Mode dialing the VS knob will move the CHKL Cursor, pressing will make a selection in the CHKL.

For previous PDMG 747 users, it is recommended that you check and rename any previous modules and configuration folders before installing this new PDMG 747 variant. This is required to ensure LINDA uses the correct setup.

Check folders /linda/aircrafts/ and /linda-cfg/aircrafts/ and remove or rename any folder with the name starting "PDMG 747". 

Hello Guys,

I found a bug in the Module. When you want to use the "oh engine 2 start toggle" the switch goes only in position "on".

 

The bug is here:

function OH_ENGINE_2_START_toggle ()
    if _tl("switch_093_74X", 0) then
       OH_ENGINE_2_START_on ()
    else
       OH_ENGINE_2_START_off ()
    end
end
 

to fix this you must change the value "093" to "092" then the switch works fine.
