Since the last few updates I noticed I don't have a selection with right click to move a preset up or down in the cycle order.   Did that function get hidden somewhere else?

I have searched around in the various menus but so far have not found that option yet.  I have also tried a drag and drop method with no success.

Thank you for your fine help.  I was mistakenly pushing shift instead of CTRL.
