From the VOZ Team - a big THANK YOU!!

To Koorby and the rest of the VOZ Team and Beta Testers.THANK YOU for all your hard work on this project so far. I am sure that the any future releases will be just as good as the first, maybe even a bit better. ;-) I really like the feature where you can VOZ or UnVOZ the textures, it is really a good idea, and really doesn't take too long to do. The problem is just to remember to VOZ the textures if I go fly Down Under. *:-* This is a great achivement for freeware development, keep it up mate. :-jumpy Cheers,

Koorby,I could do that, but I like the other textures VOZ installed as they make a nice difference.Isn't it possible to "unred" the roads only when I am out of Australia. I would only like to change 1 bmp.Leo

Yes of course you can do that. The files to swap out are:hiwayAsu.bmphiwaysu.bmpBoth found in your fs9 sceneryworldscenery folder

After reading this thread I downloaded and installed today.I'm flabbergasted. Thanks to everyone involved for creating and sharing this marvellous piece of work.RegardsBlairCYOW

Thanks Blair - be sure to register and join our vibrant community at vistaoz.org. Lots going on there!

Mate, love your work.My only criticism (and it's a biggie!!!!!) is that when I flew over the G on Boxing Day I was dismayed to see a centre square and a pair of 50-yard lines with not a South African in sight.I'll be checking the 'Gabba on the 12th Seriously - nice effort.regards,Jeff

Ta mate!

I gotta jump in here. The VOZ product is STUNNING. And they have nearly a year lead on FSX.I was so impressed that I went and rented the classic film Sundowners (Deborah Kerr and Robert Mitchum)because it takes place down under!Congratulations guys.

Wait until version 1.1 is out - the textures we have in alpha right now are simply amazing. And 1.5 will blow your socks off!As we've said, we are only getting started. If you can live without flocks of seagulls, bloom effects, pretty DX9 effects and some extra 3D models, we're hoping to give you FS10 by middle of the year :)The VOZ community site is heading toward 800 members and many addons are underway. This is truly the future of simming.
