March 8, 20179 yr The site is no longer updating and the Library has always been up and running without issues during the update. Everything should be super fast but our Library is maintained on another server so you might want to ask those in the Library in the Library Forum about any issues. Sometimes, we have a lot of uploads/downloads going on especially around this time as most people work during the day and come home and try to download something that was just uploaded.
