Water color update?

There was a mention earlier in the beta series about getting upgraded water colors in XP11, especially in shallow/tropical and subtropical areas like the Florida Keys and similar places, where the default X-Plane water just doesn't look right. Either it didn't make it into the final 1.0 release, or I'm doing something wrong with the Installer. I didn't have any default terrain for the Eastern USA until a few days ago post-1.0 release. I just downloaded that default scenery and the water in the lower Florida Keys looks the same as always.

So is it still in the works? Any idea when we'll see it?

I'm guessing that it might be on the back burner, performance and VR seem to be where they are focusing their efforts at the moment. 

VR - MEH.  Computers aren't powerful enough yet - I was annoyed when I tried it - the low resolution and stuttering presentation.
