Hi panpan

Welcome to the LINDA community and for your patience.

First, I would advise that you update LINDA to 2.9.3 along with FSUIPC4 to the latest version. These will work with the original MCP1 panel but make sure you backup your current setup (as detailed in the Release Notes). Second, make sure your FSUIPC4 is fully licensed so that it will work with LINDA.

Thirdly, you are using the old Aerosoft Airbus X not the current release. Are you using the correct LINDA Airbus module? Module 4.4 is not compatible with the older add-on.

If none of these work, do come back and I will try to assist.

Hello ScotFlieger !

Thank you for your answer ;)

I've try your wiki about the LINDA 2.9.3 version but don't work for me.

I've a FSUIPC4 licence.

I think i've overwrite my old setup and i've not do a backup.

I've also a Aerosoft airbus X licence. I've the last one 1.31but i don't play with this because i can't undock the PFD, and ECAM windows with this version. But i can do it with the 1.16. (I play on home cockpit and i've more screens)

Do you know what's the module version for LINDA works with the older addon ?

Many thanks.

Hi Panpan

You say that LINDA 2.9.3 does not work for you but you don't say why.

Is your MCP1 panel working with other aircraft with LINDA 1.13?

The last Airbus X module was v2.4.

Hi Panpan

There is little I can do to assist you without you installing the latest LINDA 2.9.3. The old version you are using is unsupported and lacks the logging and debugging I need to diagnose your problem.

Before you do anything, please email the file /linda-cfg/aircrafts/aerosoft airbus x/config-mcp.lua to linda@awginfosys.net.

Hi panpan

Thank you for the sending the config-mcp.lua file. I have examined it along with the Airbus 2.4 module and its functions. It appears to be correctly configured.

Do you have any other versions of Aerosoft Airbus installed? There can be a clash when more than one in installed.

I recommend that you install LINDA 2.9.3 and run the debug procedure you will find here. When you run the full debug reports I should be able to see what is failing.

I think my panel is out of service.

When i push more time a button while linda start my mcp have the message "ready" and all the values alt, spd, and hdg are correct but i can't change anything.

Mcp stay locked.

After i try to install vrisim.exe and my device is not detected. But if i flood a button while the soft try to detect my panel, the soft find my mcp but again after that all is locked.

What do you think about that ?

Hi panpan

If your MCP1 is not being detected by Vrsim.exe, make sure LINDA is not running and use the Windows Device Manager to check whether the panel is present.

But Linda was closed. It's an hardware bug i think. The OS of the panel is stuck.
