PMDG 747V3 no textures

Hi there,

i have found that all of a sudden I have no textures on the 747 I've reinstalled it twice, I even put in the repair disc for my FSX and I'm still getting nothing, I tried other planes (not Pmdg) and they worked fine.

no need  to post  your  issue twice so  uninstalling  the first time   didn't  work  and  what made  you think  doing  it  another  time  would  work? do  you mean  not  getting  textures  in the  sim  or  in the splash  screen(if  its in the splash  screen  than thats normal  not  getting  the  textures  in the front half  of  the plane), have  you  added  the highmemfix=true in your  fsx.cfg   providing  your  using  fsx  that is.

I just found out that some of my other aircraft have the same thing, that its only the VC that is visible and nothing else.

Sounds a lot like a misconfigured camera tool, such as EZDOK or ChasePlane, which has allowed you to move your camera point outside of the VC model. The VC view should not be used as an external aircraft view for the exact reasons you're experiencing.
