Error 5 "Cannot write to dx10.ini inPublic Documents\DX10SceneryFixer (0)

I have the same issue but this time the installer want to wrtite in Public\documents\DXSceneryfixer

System error was 5

Any clue to help me please ?

I have split this because it isn't the same error or even the same directory. 

Error 5 means access denied. 

What that means is that the controller running as your user  could not write to c:\users\public\documents which is the directory designated in windows as being accessible to all users!

I suggest rebooting and see if the problem resolves. 

If it does not send me an email to the yahoo email listed in the manual.
