FSX Ship Models - Scenery

Hi, I think the scenery models for my FSX ships is corrupt. I use Instant Scenery to place objects and every time I open up the BGL it crashes. Even reinstalls don't help. All other scenery BGL's seem to work fine. I have a full back up of my FSX files, but I don't know which scenery BGL to replace to get my ship models back. 

Any help appreciated!
