April 23, 20179 yr I saved a situation where I have placed the PMDG 737 at a gate at an airport. If I load this situation from within P3D, all is fine. (running v 3.4.9) If however I want to launch P3D by double clicking on the .fxml file, P3D will start but then disappears from the desktop and I have to use task manager to close it. April 23, 20179 yr Hi, Does the P3D icon appear on the task bar when you double click on the .fxml file? If so, Shift + right click on the icon and select 'Restore' or 'Maximize'. That might help. Maarten Maarten Boelens ([m][a:][R][t][ʏ][n]) Developer of SimLauncherX
April 23, 20179 yr Willy, If you right click on your Saved Scenario .fxml file In Documents, go to: Properties > General, look at Opens with: select Change and navigate to Prepar3d.exe, click open and OK... all .fxml files will then open with P3D when you double click. Jorge

Jorge Hi Jorge, I don't think that's the cause of the issue. P3D is starting, but then dissapears. This means that the association between .fxml files and P3D is already there. April 24, 20179 yr Author Indeed, the association is correct - P3D starts Funny thing is if I start the 'Tampa Bay Tour' (as included in P3D) then it works. So the problem might be with PMDG AMD 7 7700X, 32GB DDR5, RTX 5060ti 16GB, 2 x Samsung 1TB NVMe, 1 x 4TB sata SSD, Windows 11 Prof
