I have the RMB to look around enabled. Sometimes this will interfere as if I was right clicking in the A/C

IMHO and personally, I would never assign the RMB to anything.  It's the default button for the Windows pop-up.

I can imagine that CP preventing the popup 100% of the time is going to be difficult.
