Hey Dave - hope all is well!  I just upgraded after using 2.2.1.0 flawlessly for awhile to 2.2.1.2 and I'm having some issues.  It seems after handing off to departure, ATC no longer replies.  I was using the responds to requests/changes frequencies option at the time.  Happened two times in a row now.  Seems like no matter what I do I can't get it back so I just continue the flight without ATC :(.  So far no crashes or errors or anything, it just stops responding.

That is strange.  If you could look in the Logs folder in the AppData section, there will be multiple Log files.  If you could send me the most recent one where this occurred via email, I'll see if I can see what's happening.

C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Logs

where <UserName> is your PC user name

Thats odd.  Just sent it over.

It looks like your Departure Voice is not loading.  What voice are you using for Departure?  Is it a CereProc voice?

It was an Ivona voice.  What's weird is it did it maybe 2 or 3 flights in a row and then the issue seemed to clear.  So far I haven't had any issues since I ended up upgrading my pc a few days ago and have a fresh format on it now.  So far so good!
