When this Option is ticked, does it try to change the affinity of mce.exe and what else does it tweak? 

My concern is that I'm using ProcessLasso for assigning affinity and Optimization may get in the way.

Better leave it OFF if manually assigning process affinity.

Does it relate to mce.exe or something else? For example I could leave it to MCE to handle the affinity of mce.exe, but if something else is involved when Optimization is on that may get in the way of my settings in ProcessLasso, than indeed I'd better leave it OFF. Otherwise I like optimizations :)
