Having this issue myself, I have downloaded ADE but have no idea how to use it.

 

Is it simply that single bgl that needs to be changed?

You don't need to worry about how many files are changed. It probably is only one. Just load the airport, correct the frequency then follow instructions to compile and save the changes.
