Hello everybody,

a while back I noticed MCE changed the way it works. When flying VFR with FSX' built-in ATC, I had the impression it used to "scan" nearby airports by going back and forth in the ATC menu. Was my impression correct? What was MCE doing? It doesn't seem to be doing that anymore...is there a tweak to get that functionality back?

Best regards, Dimitrios

Hi,

It still does. But you need to enable the "Call-outs and monitoring feature" if you only enabled the ATC feature. And you shouldn't load a flight plan.

Okay, thanks for the answer. I'm asking because, whereas every other aspect of MCE is pretty much hands-free, flying VFR with the built-in ATC still requires some keyboard inputs. Or am I doing something wrong?

Best regards, Dimitrios
