Finding P3dv4 but not v3.4.22

Everytime I load v3.4.22 the Chaseplane Icon flashes red and green with a message to "start Flightsim"

 

Can't get it to recognize v3.4.

Also, I noticed that it failed to configure all addon aircraft in v3.4.22.  Can I run that again?
