I used to be able to use the saitek multi panel with no special configuration to control the Altitude Selector, now with version 2.9 it does not work, I still can dial in Headings etc etc just not the ALT, anyone else have this problem

I assume you are talking about the Lear35A above. In support of the upgraded autopilot features, the Lear35A and the MU-2B now use custom coding for setting the altitude selector value. I am not familiar with the saitek multi panel. If you could briefly explain how you program the multi panel to set the altitude selector, I might be able to help. Does the multi panel make use of FSUIPC, LINDA or Lvars?
