Registry Error for v3

Problem sounds similar to others.  Zoom not working.  When i try to run v3 i get the Registry Error and to fix in VFX, even though both v3 and v4 are correctly enabled in VFX. CP runs fine in v4.  

Disabled Experimental version and both sims work fine with CP.
