AVSIM CTD Guide V4 Released - Updated to V4.0.1

The latest version of the AVSIM CTD Guide was released today.  Use it for investigating your crashes.  I have slightly expanded the "How to Fix Most Crashes/Freezes" section (page 9) to make it a bit easier to understand.  Hope the guide will help you fix your crashes or prevent them.

I try to d/l your CTD guide... but site at firefox is blank, and on IE it says website not found?
