Looking for the best landclass editor

Featured Replies

Hello,I'm looking for the best landclass editor freeware/payware available for FS2004.Any input ?Thanks.

I have a tool called Landclass Assistant here in the library (version 1.4 is the latest and last version), and Russ Dirks has a tool called EZLandclass. I suggest you try both and see which works best. Some people enjoy my tool and some enjoy Russ's tool. I try to plug Russ's tool every chance I get since he offered a great resource that allowed Landclass Assistant to retrieve Lat and Lon. directly from MSFS--a tool that was invaluable to properly placing the landclass!-John

I agree, I have used the others but now Im on a landclass binge! I can fix small landclass issues in minutes with Sbuilder. It took a few nights talking with someone who knows the program to get the knack but I have to admit its a piece of cake. John's LC assistant is fine too, I just never got into it. Sbuilder can do a whole lot more too. if your a scenery designer its the one to get.Hornit
