For my sky textures I use Full Environment 9 v1.3 (found here in the library fe9_v1_3.zip). It has SweetFX/ENBserise files that I never used before. So tonight I thought I try them out, but after I installed them my sim will not start.

 

I have DirectX 11 installed so either that is the reason my sim will not start (readme says you need DirectX 9.0c) Or it is not working because I use the FS9 no cd patch. I use the no cd patch because after all the Windows 7 updates I can't use the original FS9 exe file anymore. Is there anything I can do so my sim works with the SweetFX/ENBseries files installed?

This all depends on the .dll versions. Some work with some setup, some don't. Get a different (maybe older version) and try again. Did you have a working enb installation before? If yes, you could also try restoring it and add the Maxime version without overwriting anything.
