WAMA 1.05 Error

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I just purchased WAMA and have installed it but I continue to get an error message whenever I attempt to click on edit database. The error reads:

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and continue. If you click quit, the app will close

Object reference not set to an instance object"

I end up clicking continue and nothing happens.

The error also came with a log message:

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Any ideas? Thanks so much in advance!

Hello @ll,

the matter has been resolved by email.

The issue here was a missing library that the SQLite database needs to function.

If you run into trouble of this kind, please make sure to install the vcredist - packages that are part of the WAMA ZIP that you download from the shop.

Best regards
