Norton and Windows Defender didn't like SimServer either.  Malware Bytes was ok with it.  Norton was rather aggressive and put it in quarantine without allowing me an option to say it was safe.  That lead me to write a strongly worded email to Norton about their over-aggressiveness. It is to the point that I cannot download or install a single piece of flight sim software without Norton throwing a hissy fit.

After talking to Mark Foti, I'm fairly certain that his software is safe.
