July 5, 20178 yr Do we need more than 16GB RAM and 8GB VRAM for v4? I am thinking about buying a new PC and this is important for me to know. I don`t fly Airliners,i`m a Bushflyer and WW2 Propfighters most the time----low and slow. Thank you Mike

July 5, 20178 yr If you do not want push TEXTURE_SIZE_EXP to 10, then propably yes. Depends what is running in your system. With TSE=10 and high settings 16GB will be close same as 8GB VRAM i7-8700k, RTX2070 Super, custom water cooling, 32GB RAM, 6TB SSD spacePrepar3D v4, X-Plane 11, 40" 4k TVRex, Active Sky, RealAir and A2A pilot, GTN, ORBX mostly everywhere
