I've been trying to find a site where you can obtain archived Hourly Surface Weather Observations to use in Flight Sim. The format I'm looking for looks like this:022100Z 36014KT 15SM SCT076 BKN087 BKN240 M13/M16 A2966 RMK AC3AC2CI1 AS ASOCTD SLP062Does anyone know of a site where you can search for archived weather for any weather station?I've been on google for the last two nights with out success... Thanks..

The US government METAR site will archive back for 24 hours. If you really want to be able to get archived weather you might consider Active Sky v6. In addition to all the other great and wonderful things this program will do for your weather you can download archived weather up to six months old, even hourly sets of weather which allow you to duplicate reported weather over the course of a flight.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I looking for weather back in 2002 and earlier. After doing more google searches, I have found some very good sites. I thought I'd post them here so others might use:http://www.wunderground.com/history/airpor...&theprefvalue=1http://vortex.plymouth.edu/u-make.htmlhttp://www.met.tamu.edu/personnel/students..._interface.htmlhttp://www.uswx.com/us/stn/?code=c&n=1400&stn=kordCheers

RJ, thanks for posting those sites. Within the plymouth.edu site you'll find an archive of weather data in the METAR format you're looking for: http://vortex.plymouth.edu/sa_parse-u.html. Don't know how you're planning on using this, but check out Iv
