One possibility is to do it the following way:

  1. If you are on P3Dv3 or v4: Create your own folder outside of your sim, e.g. [your drive]:\P3D-Addons\NavAids_Intersections\scenery
  2. Copy the BGLs into this scenery folder.
  3. Register the location [your drive]:\P3D-Addons\NavAids_Intersections\ with the Scenery Library Editor and move it just above Bathymetry.
