LorbyLiveTraffic 1.02 b6 update

Hello @ll,

it seems like the installers of all LLTX versions for FSX/SE/P3D 2.5 and P3D V3 were broken by the P3D V4 update. Sorry about that, but I couldn't have noticed on my end as on my devel system all files are always present.

I have updated LLTX to version number 1.02 b6 on the Lorby website.

When using MT6, UT2 or WOAI you may have to delete "C:\Users\...\Documents\LorbyLiveTraffic_xxx Files" so the update can create new databases. But please try the app first, if you don't have or had problems, you don't have to.do this.

Best regards

After the upgrade I have not seen any AI traffic populate either within the LLT window or PMDv4 if I have the Remove default liveries ticked. If this box is ticked then I see the default AI traffic - lots of Acclaim's, Orbit and World Travel airlines

Hi Kevin,

sounds like your AI model database is not set up correctly.

Which product are you using? MT6, UT2, WOAI? Did you press "Scan folder" at some point? (You shouldn't, this destroys the default mapping database)

Best regards

Hi Oliver,

First off, thanks for your help, I truly appreciate it.

At one point I tried to map the models back to UTLive AI models so I screwed it up somewhere.  I went through and  uninstalled LLT, deleted all "C:\Users\...\Documents\LorbyLiveTraffic_xxx Files" including the  LLTX_Database.sqlite as stated above, then reinstalled.I was hoping that that will set things right, but it seems not.
Would there be any additional files I should delete to 'set the system straight' so to speak?

Thanks again

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

no, there are no additional files. I suggest that you uninstall LLTX and delete the "Documents\LorbyLiveTraffic Files" folders once again.

- Reinstall using the default paths.
- Start the LLTX app,
- then got to the Database editor and select UT2 with the radio buttons on the top left. The list should populate, and all columns should have values in them - most importantly "ICAO Type" and "ICAO Airline".
- Don't do anything else, just close the dialog an go back to the main window.

If the UT aircraft still don't show up, make sure that they are visible to the simulator too - the sim cannot display models that it doesn't recognize via the SimObjects path definitions.

Best regards

Once again thanks Oliver.  The issue was with simobjects.cfg.
