MCE not working in new PC

Hi,

I had MCE installed and working perfectly.

My PC crashed and I had to build a brand new PC and installed all P3D v4 and addons.

 

However, MCE is not working, I generated registratation file using licser and emailed it on Saturday.

I am yet to receive my licence file.

AmI following the correct process?.

I have resent the email with the registration.text file to email addresses  support and register at multicrewxp.com.

Appreciate if you could please look into it.

I had sent the initial email with the registration.txt file to register(at)multicrewxp.com is that email not monitored ?.

It is the main address for registrations.
