August 2, 20178 yr I have P3Dv4 and Chase Plane which I love. So I was looking at two products a friend recommended. PrecipitFX and the 777 Immersion add-ons. I have the PMDG 777. So what is the difference between the two? Thanks. Jack Sawyer

August 13, 20178 yr The 777 immersion package gives you many, many more effects specific to the 777, including condensation effects on the wings and engines, volumetric lighting, rain drops falling off the wings, custom-tailored contrails etc. PrecipitFX covers the more universal effects like raindrops and snow flakes, universal contrails that all aircraft can use, jet blast effects etc.
