Navigraph Latest AIRAC Cycle Not Loading

Just loaded PMDG 737 NGX into Prepar3DV4.  All working great except unable to update to the latest Airac cycle.  Yes I purchased it and loaded from the Navigraph page multiple times.  No luck, shows cycle 1104, SB 1708.

Not sure this is the correct place to post, but will start here first.

Usually happens when you attempt to manually tell the Navigraph Data Manager where to put the data, instead of letting it figure it out on its own. Remove any manual mappings and have it scan your system to automatically place the data.
