Hello all,

my ngx was working fine last flight  but it's  now crashing it's only with the ngx  I am not pc savvy so I have no idea how to get an error report but its done it 4 times now works till about to start engines

Please not that PMDG requires we use our full names on all posts in their forum.

It always crashes when you are about to start engines? Exactly what are the steps you take from the time you launch the simulator (is it FSX or P3D?) You've provided no information at all. Are you loading a saved flight/scenario?
