Installer Issue

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I just went to the website and downloaded the installer for the new update. I'm having this error when I try to run it with the repair setting:

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

If  your  updating  you  cant use  the repair  option  you need  to uninstall  your  previous  version and  install  the  new  download  again.  make  sure  you run  the  oc  before  you  do  than when you run the oc  it  will install the missing liveries  you had
