Runway advisory system not working

Do I have to do something in settings, before Runway advisory system can be used? Because it is not working for me right now

Some PMDG aircraft models have RAAS disabled (since the associated airline does not use RAAS).

So you may need to enable it for your specific model via the FMC or the PMDG Ops Center.
