Hi, please someone can help me? I see that the ground traffic, aircrafts and vehicles have a part of the wheels hitten in the ground(tarmac) please someone advise if that is my settings problem?

It would help if you state which add ons you are using. That's not a "P3Dv4" issue normally.

Did you run the Vector AEC tool after installing Ciampino?

Yes I always do after a new scenery installed. Today I purchased FTX England and North Germany so I did run it afterwards. Also I run Make Runways as admin, and I don't know if I'm doing  right.

Well.... I do not own Ciampino so I cannot reproduce it. maybe someone else can help you out here :-(

Set your mesh resolution to 10 meters - this will often fix the issue.

This will also usually work if you have a plane that "jumps" on the runway.
