Today I was flying from Manchester to Barcelona and almost at my arrival P3D crashes suddenly to desktop...

According to the error report, you had an Application Hang.  Impossible to diagnose even with additional information.  See the AVSIM CTD Guide, page 10 on how to fix most crashes and freezes in P3DV4.

MyTrafficX will cause a freeze.

I don't have MyTrafficX, I have Ultimate Traffic Live why may this be the cause? 

Any AI program is vulnerable with the latest version of P3D.  Many AI programs have old textures made from previous versions of FS and are not compatible with V4.  When the AI aircraft is called up to render during your flight, crash!

Same goes with incompatible scenery or scenery made from previous versions of FS.  Texture is called to render and the sim crashes.

Another thing you can do in the future is to turn on Content Error Reporting (at startup screen, click on Options and then enable Content Error Reporting).  If an error is detected, the program will let you know that the log is in your Documents/Prepar3DV4 Files and you can open the log with Notepad and look all the way down in the log when the crash occurred.  Perhaps it detected a scenery or aircraft or something else wrong when the crash or freeze occurred.  The log is really made for developers of add-ons to make sure their products work with P3DV4.  Doubt you will be able to fix any of the errors but at least you might know what caused it (or likely cause).
