Ops Center Not Updating Properly

I was now able to install it but cannot download any liveries....

After having issues yesterday, and refusing to perform heart surgery on PC in order to try all manner of things, I am today able to get the ops center updates.  I don't believe, in my case anyhow, it had anything to do with the settings on my end.  Nothing has changed.

Operation center update issue has been resolved...Try to run the update without administrator rights...
