VC view changes to outside view issue

At random intervals my VC cockpit view will suddenly change to an outside view and then when I move my mouse it reverts the view back to the VC.

 

This is most strange and I am wondering whether anyone can assist please.

Read the manual pinned at the top. What you see is the built-in Cinematic mode kicking in, you can deactivate it in the settings.
