I have some problem when starting FTX, saying that I have to send the ftxc3.log to the staff.

Hi Salwon,

     I have the same, or at least very similar fault. It happens when I click on a tile for a product that I don't own. If I click on a tile for product I do own it works. I've been talking to FTX support for at least two weeks and so far they have not come up with a solution which is pity because I want to buy the Global Vector, but of course every time I go to that tile it crashes.

    I hope they fix is soon, but in a strange way, it is also good to know that it is happening to other people as it means that the fault is not specific to my machine.
