Otherwise I will have to wait for Fokboy's excellent work. The default, even without ortho is actually pretty good, much better than the P3D default, could be close to ORBX South Alaska. I did the whole western US in ZL16 up to long 103 with USGS (but not including Alaska), and I'm very pleased with the results.
