Good day together,

 

I get this error when trying to download texture in the OPS center. This problem occurs with all addons I have. Any suggesstions?

Yes, as Dan stated, you need to submit a support ticket. The forum is primarily user to user support, and although PMDG members are on here, there's no guarantee that they will see it here, and therefore there is no guarantee that they will respond to it. Submitting a support ticket guarantees that PMDG will see it, as this is an issue only they would be able to assist you with.
