Eaglesoft Citation X patch

Featured Replies

Just bought the X and wondered if there are any patches to update to the latest version. Thanks

Not that I know of. Is there something wrong with it?

Still reading manual, just noticed it's an old bird, 2 years old and that there may be updates.

no updates. it is a great bird. they do plan on adding onto it at sometime in the future, last time I heard it was whenever they get a chance.

Yes, the Citation X has a few miles on it since I bought it but it still is my favourite fixed wing sim aircraft. Just read the manual very carefully. It's not 'a jump in and fly" model without Reading The Fine Manual. Gary ;-)

I fly using the Citation X from Eaglesoft and I've had it over a year or so. It's definitely my favorite jet-powered A/C, it looks great, flies nice and has a great cockpit/VC. Eaglesoft gives you four versions, a deluxe, standard, light and ultralight. I fly with the light version since I don't typically fly from the passenger area. The standard and deluxe versions have a lot of VC details inside the cabin, which is grat for anyone with the computer power to get good framerates. In the light version I have no problems with framerates and I can fly in the worst weather without my plane causing a slowdown.

I love it. the night lighting is awesome in the VC. a dome light or beautifully illuminated gauges. I just wish the autopilot control panel in the VCs text wasnt so blurry, but other than that, no problems. oh yeah, I do wish there were rain effects on the windshield but minor things
