The fsuipc4.log shows that something else is generating the extra flaps commands before LINDA is acting on the same button press. The fsuipc4.ini shows that you previously used FSUIPC for a number of functions including flaps. To eliminate FSUIPC as the source, can you rename fsuipc4.ini to something like fsuipc4old.ini. Starting FSX again will recreate a new version of this configuration file without any additions. Then rerun the previous tests. But an inconvenience was that I had reassign my axis again
