Red Text on top right of screen

Featured Replies

Every time some turbulence happens the red text appears again on the top right of the p3d screen, displaying camera name, zoom level, besides disabling text completely in the p3d menus, can that be fixed so it does not keep appearing again after the text first comes up on changing viewpoints?

Drag the Zoom slider to zero in Camera > Motion Effects > Accels.

An alternative is to disable the Top Right Infos in the P3D settings.

That means I lose the acceleration motion effects right? And on this mornings build, the red text permanently stays there it does not go away ever.

Sorry, press the TUNE button below the slider and slide the zoom to zero. That way it's only affecting the zoom

Did that now but the red text comes up as I'm taxing. But much less often.

And the red text stays up in exterior views, I'd like to take screenshots but keep the red text enabled so I can look at my fps counter. Is there another way of doing this so the red text does not come up so often? I changed in the p3d cfg the transition time of text very low so it should come up and go quickly.

You can hide it in the P3D settings (Information section)
