On Flight one... there is a serie of 8 videos who explain the Dash8/400 in deep, with 2 pro-pilots (have flying the real aircraft).

Is more interresting that a book because feeling experiences is compared and explained. And it is done inside the majestic aircraft. You see what you (must) get on commands you have in your sim.

Each video is step by step from D&C to emergency.

Two packages, one to beginning and second for experimented dashpilot.
