Is the process automated or handled manually? Sorry if this information already is available and I overlooked it, just eager to start using this great software

I've bought 2 licenses on separate occasions and both times I've received them the same day (within hours if not minutes). I believe Mark processes the requests manually, but I'm not sure about that.
