Autopilot/Radio stack

Recommended Posts

I just installed by adding the default FSX Cessna Radio Stack that includes the autopilot to my Porter PC-6C H2 (no autopilot).

It show up nicely but unable to switch it on.

What went wrong? What need to be done?

Thanks

Did you turn on the avionic switch?  Is the aircraft freeware?  Link or filename to the download?

The autopilot will not function unless there is an autopilot section in the aircraft.cfg file.

You can copy that from the stock Cessna file as well.

In the download that I found for piglet's PC-6C H2, I found the [autopilot] section was in the aircraft.cfg

but had 0 instead of 1 for autopilot_available=
