Fuel always returns to 100% !?

Featured Replies

Hi,All of a sudden I got a very strange problem I never seen before...whenever I change the fuel load in any a/c (both FS default and 3'rd party add-on) the fuel load is immediately changed back to 100% fuel load as soon as I exit the change fuel load dialog.Normally I fly PMDG's 737-800 NG and use an external fuel planning/loader program but regardless if I use that external program or the internal fuel loader in FS via the a/c menu the problem remains.Anyone has an idea what might have happened and how to solve it?

Unlimited fuel checked under Realism setting in FS?

Also make sure you aren't parked too close to the built-in fuel pumps at your airport. Sometimes parking spots are too close and you refuel as soon as you start up.

I had already checked the unlimited fuel setting to make sure that wasn't the problem, thanks for the tip though. The problem was obviously that I was parked to close to a fuel pump becuase when I changed location the problem went away - big thanks for the tip!! Didn't even know the fuel pumps in FS actually worked until now :-)

Maybe it's a glitch in the scenery at the destination airport of some kind making the 747 "belive" it's nearby a fuel station? This would be especially likely if you don't have this problems at other airports.
